Sugared Coconut


Chia Nicecream & Coconut Yogurt Parfait

This parfait is a classic example of when me and Sam cannot decide what we want for breakfast. When you can't decide what you want to eat in the morning... just do it all. Here's a parfait with a little bit of everything we love to eat!


What you need:

For Nicecream:

  • 1 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Water

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 Tsp Cocoa Nibs

  • 1/2 Tsp Blue Spirulina

For Cookie:

For Chia Infused Coconut Yogurt:

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/3 Cup Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

  • A splash of coconut mylk

For Parfait:

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Buckwheat Hemp Cereal

  • 1 Triple Fudge Brownie Cookie

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

What to do:

For Nicecream:

  1. Chop bananas

  2. Toss ingredients in a blender 

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Scoop into a mason jar

  5. Freeze until other parfait ingredients are ready

For Chia Infused Coconut Yogurt:

  1. In a small bowl, whip the coconut yogurt, coconut mylk, and chia seeds

  2. Pour into a sealed jar 

  3. Refrigerate for one hour

For Parfait:

  1. Remove nicecream out of the freezer

  2. Scoop the chia coconut yogurt into the mason jar with the nicecream

  3. Using a knife, push the chia coconut yogurt into the nicecream

  4. Top with buckwheat hemp, and chia cereal

  5. Top with cookie

  6. Top with cinnamon stick

  7. Enjoy
