Three Turmeric Latte Recipes

Is anyone else getting turmeric latte envy after looking at hundreds of perfect and extra foamy golden mylk lattes on their feed? When I tried to make my first turmeric latte at home I was far from impressed, but finally after countless attempts, recipe developments, and research I have come up with three go-to turmeric latte blends. Some are sweet, some are spicy and others are great for your gut! I dare you to try them tomorrow morning.

1. Turmeric Blendie

Turmeric Blendie

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Soy or Hemp Mylk
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Freshly Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Liquorice Powder
  • 1 Tsp Slippery Elm Powder
  • 1 Tsp L-Glutamine
  • 1 Tsp Stevia or 1/2 Tbsp Raw Maple Syrup
  1. In a small pot, bring soy or hemp mylk to a boil

  2. Pour into a blender, along with all other ingredients

  3. Blend until evenly mixed

  4. Pour into a cup

  5. Top with cinnamon

  6. Enjoy

2. Turmeric Spice Latte

  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Mylk
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Clove
  • 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tbsp Raw Maple Syrup
  1.  Bring 1/4 cup of water to a boil
  2. Pour into a mug and create a paste with all of the superfoods & syrup
  3. Whisk well
  4. Bring coconut mylk to a boil
  5. Pour coconut mylk into the cup
  6. Mix well
  7. Top with foamy coconut mylk
  8. Enjoy

3. Sugar & Spice Turmeric Latte

  • 1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Coconut Mylk
  • 2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Moringa
  • 1/2 Tsp True Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  1. Add all ingredients in a small sauce pan
  2. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes
  3. Serve immediately
