You 'Oat' to Know About This Vanilla Hemp Oatmeal

Sam's obsessed with oatmeal, he can eat it throughout the day, for every meal and with minimal toppings and ingredients. Where as I'm the complete opposite, I don't necessarily enjoy oatmeal unless it's creamy and topped with fruit and loads of vegan chocolate. Sam doesn't mind the topping overload either, it's a good way to keep his oatmeal exciting and ensure that he's getting loads of antioxidants and other goodies. Just like this one!

Vanilla Hemp Oatmeal Recipe


What You Need:

  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Oat Flakes

  • 1 3/4 Cup Vanilla Hemp Mylk

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Plant-Based Protein

  • 1 Tsp True Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tsp Carob

  • 1 Tsp Reishi

  • 1 G Monk Fruit

  • 1/2 Tsp True Vanilla

What To Do:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring hemp mylk and oatmeal to a boil

  2. Once boiled mix in all other ingredients and let simmer for 5 minutes (or longer depending on how runny you like your oatmeal)

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with raw chocolate, grapefruit slices, cranberries, buckwheat groats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, dried strawberries and raspberries and cranberry jam
