Veggieflower Blue Spirulina Nicecream

Despite how much we have been loving pineapple nicecream lately, we were in need of a less sugary switch the other day! So I boiled some cauliflower the night before, froze it overnight, and the cauli was ready for the nicecream in the morning. Just in time for breakfast!


Cauliflower & Lemon Nicecream:



  • 2 1/2 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1/3 Cup Vanilla Coconut Mylk
  • 1/4 Cup  Coconut Nectar
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Tsp True Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp True Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Raw Nice Blue Spirulina 


  • Raw Vegan Chocolate (We went with vanilla sea salt)
  • White and black pre-soaked chia seeds
