Thankful for Spiralizers... and Raw Noodles

My mom bought Sam and I a spiralizer last year and I did not make much use out of it until now. I love the raw noodles because they are full of nutrients and low in carbs! Here's a simple Buddha Bowl with raw noodles and raw veggies, seeds, and crispy tofu.

Zucchini Noodles and Tofu Bowl Recipe

What you Need:

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Beet
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 1 Pack of Extra Firm Sprouted Tofu
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1 Tsp Pink Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Optional: Lemon

What to Do:

  1. Rinse all veggies
  2. Spiralize zucchini and carrots
  3. Chop Cucumber
  4. Chop tofu into cubes
  5. In a small mixing bowl, marinate tofu with tamari, paprika, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, pink salt, and sesame seeds.
  6. Toss into an air-fryer with a tsp of olive oil and fry for 25 minutes
  7. Construct bowl!
