Raising a toast to toast Tuesday!

Sam and I are on a bit of a toast binge right now...whether it's something simple like toast and jam or a loaded avocado and toast, we can't seem to get enough of it. Do you have any delicious gluten-free bread brands to recommend, I think we've exhausted many of the options?

 

 

Avocado and Chickpea Toast Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sprouted Chickpeas
  • 1 Avocado
  • Juice of 1/3 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Soaked Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • To Top: Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli Sprouts, and Super Greens Protein Booster Sprout Blend

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash chickpeas and avocado 
  2. Add in all other ingredients and mash again
  3. Spread onto toast of choice 
  4. Top with roasted tomatoes and sprouts
