Gluten Free, Oil Free, and Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake

Vegan, Oil Free, Gluten Free Double Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Oat Mylk (sub any plant mylk)
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seed Butter (sub any nut or seed butter)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Mashed Banana
2 1/2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
3 Tbsp Gluten Free Oat Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Tapioca Starch
1/8 Tsp Pink Salt
3 Tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Directions:

1. In a bowl. Combine wet ingredients and slowly whisk in dry ingredients.
2. Mix in vegan chocolate chips.
3. Pour into a microwave safe mug
4. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. This will vastly depend on your microwave.
5. Enjoy!
