Bliss Out Adaptogen Balls

I have always been open and honest about my personal struggle with anxiety and one of my favourite ways to manage it, is through the use of adaptogens, plants, and whole foods.

The other day, I read an article about the benefits of raw chocolate. Cacao, naturally contains the molecule Anandamide… which has been nicknamed the bliss molecule. Anandamide, is responsible for our feelings of euphoria and joy, and in turn, it improves our mood significantly!

As you already know… I flipping love chocolate so discovering this knowledge was game changing. I had to create a recipe that combined my love for chocolate, snacking, and my love for anxiety-easing adaptogens.

So I created vegan and nut-free chocolate bliss balls that contain a stress-relieving mushroom blend along with ashwagandha.
