Lovely Bunch of Coconuts

We are crazy for coconuts right now! A few weeks ago we discovered a really easy way to open up coconuts (simply by hammering the coconut until it cracks) and now we can't stop. There isn't much that can beat drinking fresh water straight from the coconut. They also make really cute bowls and remind us of being somewhere tropical (is anyone else in Ontario missing Vitamin D?). Tropical and Floral Vibes only in this post!



What you need:


What you need for Strawberry Chia Pudding:

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Strawberries

  • 1 Cup Coconut Mylk

  • 1/2 Cup White Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tsp True Vanilla

  • 1 Tsp True Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

What you need for Pineapple & Raspberry Nicecream:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Cream

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Water

  • 1/2 Tsp Raw Nice Pink Pitaya Powder (use our code sugaredcoconut15 to get 15% off)

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes (to top)


What to do:

What to do for Chia Pudding:

  1. Blend strawberries, coconut mylk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon

  2. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and whip in chia seeds

  3. Whip in pink pitaya

  4. Pour mix into a mason jar and seal

  5. Refrigerate over night

  6. Enjoy!

What to do for Nicecream:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Scoop into a bowl

  3. Top with coconut flakes

  4. Enjoy
