Baby, this is a groovy smoothie bowl

I don't know if it's the colder weather, but me and Sam have been craving smoothie bowls and berries lately. We know berries are not in season, but we can't seem to help ourselves! I think it's our subconscious telling us to go away somewhere warm again, maybe California, Bali (for the endless amount of smoothie bowls), or the Philippines? Thankfully, we can get berries at many supermarkets here throughout the winter (for a hefty price) and we finally found dehydrated fruits at Whole Foods in New York.. so we are content. Here's a berry delicious smoothie bowl topped with many goodies & some flowers!


Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe



What you need:


What you need for smoothie bowl:

  • 1 Cup Strawberries

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Kefir

  • 1 Cup Coconut Mylk

  • 1 Tsp Camu Camu Powder

  • Toppings: Strawberries, Raspberries, Cocoa Nibs, Hibiscus, Pomegranate Seeds & Dried Strawberries

What you need for coconut yogurt swirl:

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Raspberries

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Mylk

What to do:

What to do for smoothie bowl:

  1. In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl

  3. Pour coconut yogurt mix on top of smoothie bowl and swirl in using a spoon

  4. Top with goodies

  5. Enjoy
