Vegan, Gluten Free, and Grain Free Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

2 Flax Eggs
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Cups Melted Chocolate Chips
2 Tsp Vanilla
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup & 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
1/2 Cup Melted Pumpkin Seed Butter (Sub any other seed or nut butter)
1/2 cup Raspberries tossed in arrowroot... some more for topping


1. Preheat oven to 350 D F & line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt chocolate chips and pumpkin seed butter.
3. Prepare flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxmeal & 6 tbsp water)
4. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl
5. Combine dry ingredients in another
6. Combine dry and wet ingredients
7. Fold in raspberries (skip this step if you do not like chocolate & raspberries)
8. Pour brownie batter into pan
9. Smoothen it with spatula
10. Top with more raspberries or chocolate chunks (optional)
11. Bake for 35 minutes for a really fudg-y brownie or 48 minutes for a cake-y brownie.
12. Let cool
13. Remove from pan
14. Enjoy
