What is blue spirulina?
Blue Spirulina is a cray cray antioxidant which is extracted from Spirulina. Spirulina contains large amounts of Phycocyanin, a water-soluble antioxidant that gives Spirulina it's blue-green hue. To create Blue Spirulina, the blue pigment (Phycocyanin) is extracted from Spirulina and converted into a blue powder. Unlike Spirulina, blue-spirulina is tasteless, scentless, and well, pretty.
what are the best bases for nicecream?
Banana, pineapple, cauliflower, or banana + pineapple. Cauliflower is a great base for anyone who needs a break from natural sugar, but still want a creamy & nutritious breakfast. Banana or banana + pineapple is by far the creamiest of nicecream bases. Pineapple is a great creamy base when mixed with coconut mylk and a really refreshing base when mixed with coconut water. You can also mimic Disneyland's signature Dole Whip with pineapple and coconut mylk (it's better than the real deal).
how do you get your nicecream so creamy?
All you need is a creamy base, plenty of coconut mylk (another plant-based mylk will do), a decent blender, and a freezer near by. We freeze the nicecream as we go to prevent it from melting and we make sure that we do not over-blend.
